In 1993 I began studying the mind-body connection while working with cancer patients. My work in this area took on greater importance after I suddenly became ill & went into cardiac arrest. Doctors at a prestigious university hospital were baffled. Married with two children, working & having just finished graduate school, unaware how stressed I was, my body showed me. Anxiety, panic, depression and illness can be caused by current stresses and past trauma. My expertise is returning the mind to a calm, focused, balanced state.
