I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with children, families and adults. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can confront the challenges keeping you from the life you want to lead, using your own strengths, values and goals. My role is to help you recognize and build on what's already within you. I take a strengths-based approach, grounded in the belief that growth and healing come not just from addressing what's difficult, but also from tapping into what's already working.
