I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and groups. I believe therapy is about developing a supportive, collaborative relationship, as the therapeutic relationship guides everything. I help people identify patterns of thinking and acting that are getting in their way. We explore how these patterns emerged and work towards healthy solutions and positive life changes. I have training working with individuals who have experienced trauma and suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. I also assist people in identifying thinking patterns and behaviors that have led to the use of drugs and alcohol to self medicate difficult feelings and emotions.
