It has been my privilege to partner with many people over the last 30 years to help them make positive changes in their lives. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Minnesota and Michigan. I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all individuals and that we all have times in our lives when we need to join with others to make course corrections, learn new skills, and work toward a better quality of life. My goal in our first session to get to know you and your unique strengths and needs while creating a warm, safe and empowering space for you to feel comfortable as we begin this journey together. I seek first to understand you as best I can and learn from you how I can be of support as we work toward your goals.
