Welcome, we all get stuck sometimes and the last thing we need is judgment and lack of compassion! I get it! My therapeutic person-centered approach is based on the belief that everyone is inherently good and deserves to be heard. I strive to make individuals feel valued and validated. I use this approach along with different treatment methods to help heal the whole person. I am a Catholic-Christian counselor; yet allow the client to determine how much, if any, faith to incorporate in sessions without projecting my own beliefs onto others.
