Having a genuine trusting therapeutic relationship, in a safe non-judgmental environment, is the foundation I hope to build with my clients. When you’re feeling anxious or depressed sometimes one of the hardest things to do is reach out for help. Being comfortable enough to share your thoughts and feelings can ultimately move you forward in your journey toward healing. I have worked with individuals, couple and families of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and abilities. I have also addressed mental health, social, emotional, and behavior challenges with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals.
