I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing services via telehealth to clients in California and Florida. I have extensive experience working with adults and older adolescents who present with a wide variety of issues and concerns. Central to my practice is helping my clients to actively learn skills to feel more grounded, present, relaxed and engaged in their daily lives and relationships. At all times I am guided by evidence-based practice and what available research has shown to be effective for a given issue.
