I am licensed in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Oregon. Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from their authentic selves, exhausted by masking, and unsure how to feel safe—in their own bodies, in relationships, or in community. If this is you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this process without support. I specialize in complex trauma rooted in broken family systems, religious environments, and social expectations. Most of my clients are late-discovered or seeking neurodivergent adults of all backgrounds who were led to believe that they were wrong or broken because they could not seem to make life "work".
