I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor offering individual and couples therapy to adolescents (ages 13+) and adults. I uses a holistic approach to therapy that aims to consider all the various ways that healing happens by promoting whole-person wellness, collaborative goal setting, and self-discovery. I strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment. I have experience living abroad in Europe and integrating new cultures, and this enhances my intentional work and understanding of individual needs.
