I am a licensed therapist with over 35 years experience and am a Medicare provider. My practice, serving the Northwest Valley, is focused on meeting with adult females age 55+. I specialize in the following areas of concern: women's issues, self-esteem/self-worth, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, caregiver and other life stressors, major health changes, aging and retirement.
