Currently seeing clients via telehealth only. Making the decision to begin therapy can be challenging. People often seek therapy when they are feeling overwhelmed, lost, or discouraged. Sometimes, the reasons for these feelings may not even be clear. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in obtaining greater clarity about the feelings that brought you to therapy, as well as establish hope for positive change. I view psychotherapy as a journey navigated by the client and therapist together. It is my belief that the most important element of effective psychotherapy is the genuine connection between the client and therapist.
