Young families are working hard! You are managing origins of all kinds- origins of self, origins of relationships, origins of families. And you and those you love most sometimes struggle to meet in the most important of spaces. I have decades of experience supporting young children and their caregivers whose lives have pivoted and whose nervous systems are being reorganized. (Ask me why.) If you are a parent of a child and the relationship feels like it needs tending, is harder than you expected, or is reminiscent of past relationships that you don't want for your child, I may be someone who can help. A former teacher and licensed mental health provider for two decades, most of my therapeutic work has focused on children and families. I have experience and expertise in early childhood, perinatal mood, caregiver mental health, attachment, systems, child development and relationship-focused intervention on behalf of young children and their caregivers.
