Anxiety, stress, and adjustment to life changes can feel overwhelming. If it does, please know you're not alone; there are ways to move those periods. My role is to assist you in doing so. Whether those stresses are related to home life, work environment, or relationship concerns, I'd like to provide a supportive environment to assist you in addressing and resolving those conflicts/concerns. If you've been dealing with life transitions and changes: work stress, end/beginning new relationships, cultural diversity concerns, LGBTQ issues, we work together to develop pathways for resolving those life stresses.
