I am a seasoned clinical social worker, psychotherapist and holistic health coach. I have worked in a number of different settings throughout my professional career, including mental health centers, private practice, hospitals, home health care and skilled nursing facilities. After over 35 years as a clinical social worker treating people with depression, anxiety and relationship issues, I decided to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in order to add a more holistic and mindful approach to my work.
