My clients come to me because they want to be their best and be able to cope and resolve hard issues or be able to enjoy good times. My clients want to be able to advocate for themselves, and be understood, to have good life experiences. They want to be able to be who they truly are and be comfortable being themselves. I think my biggest attribute is empathy and really being able to put myself in their shoes, and have a good understanding of what they need, want, and why they feel as they do. I believe all people can self-heal their trauma, and work through their problems to be mentally healthy.
