I offer brief and long-term intensive psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, family of origin issues, and identity, personality, attachment, and adjustment disorders. I help patients identify and work through the underlying and often hidden causes of self defeating behaviors, lack of fulfillment in love and sexual life, work inhibition, and chronic health problems. Patients find that greater self-understanding improves everyday functioning, relieves symptoms of emotional distress, and helps them have better relationships in their personal and professional lives.
