I love my life as an LMFT in California for the last 10 years. I'm also an addiction counselor, ecopsychologist (nature therapist), expressive arts therapist and gerontologist with extra training and experience in specialties of LGBTQ+ and also neurodivergence. I work with all genders and issues such as transitions in life, depression, anxiety, grief, repairing dysfunctional family injuries, premarital strengthening, and how to have a healthy, amazing relationship. I can help with codependency, healthy boundaries and self-esteem building!
