I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience working in a wide range of mental health settings including inpatient hospitals, outpatient programs, and correctional facilities. These experiences shaped my calm, grounded approach and deep respect for the resilience people develop when life has been hard. In therapy with me, you can expect a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can let your guard down. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. They may be functioning well on the outside - while feeling exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.
