I am a specialist for those suffering with anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive related disorders. I do this through transformative processes that help people overcome their fear and avoidance. I believe that the heart of healing lies in the courage to confront, not avoid. My treatment approach is rooted in the evidence-based principles of exposure therapy, designed to empower individuals to face their fears, intrusive thoughts, worries, trauma narrative, or things they avoid due to trauma and get back to what they value.
