When you first walk through my door, it is my goal to validate your bravery of coming in to talk about your life and the struggles you face. My goal is to assist you in walking the path towards healing the pain of hurting relationships, meeting the challenges of everyday situations and making changes in the unhealthy patterns in your life. Some of the specialties I enjoy working with are: couples relationships, trauma & PTSD, men's issues, women's issues, public service professionals, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship building, personal growth, families in ministry, and international living issues.
