Welcome. My name is Lynnell Holtby, MFT 41129. My approach to therapy focuses on connecting with and meeting you from a heart-centered space and in union creating desired personal and life changes. I focus on the "whole" person, integrating spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being to help you develop a deeper understanding on all levels.
