Life can be SO hard, but it can get better! Struggling with life or a relationship? Are you struggling with ANXIETY, depression, or a "transition" from empty-nest, the pain of divorce, parenting issues, loneliness, purpose, and other life-stressors? I was a child of divorce, a stay-at-home mom for 20 years before becoming a counselor, and married since 1983. I work with all couples struggling to stay together and find themselves drifting apart. I also work with parenting issues and teen life struggles. My office is a SAFE place to work through the issues of life that get us all down! Let's start!
