I offer both in person and telehealth sessions and have been certified as a clinical telemental health provider. With more than 18 years in the mental health field and 13 years with direct clinical focus on psychotherapy, I work with individuals to address stress, anxiety, panic, depression, mood disorders, and grief, with a special focus on anxiety and panic disorders. Using a holistic approach focusing on the emotional, physical and spiritual well being of clients, as well as utilizing multiple therapeutic interventions and mindfulness, I work collaboratively with clients to improve confidence, build self-esteem, improve communication skills, manage symptoms, develop independence and regain control of their lives.
