We are often looking to resolve the unresolved wounds, losses and things we didn't get in childhood. When these things surface in adulthood, they can be debilitating. I want to help you learn about the whys and the how comes of how you're interfacing at work, with your family and in your relationships by working through those past injuries. I will help you look back at your past to see how it informs your present day life experiences. It is easier to change aspects of how we operate when we understand why we began engaging that way in the first place.
