I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have been a counselor for over ten years. I work with children, teens, and adults. I know that beginning therapy can be a difficult and emotional process. I work to make my clients feel comfortable seeking help. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I work with the client to set goals to help create a happier and healthy life for themselves.
