Are you a teenager struggling to keep up with your busy life? Do you feel like anxiety and depression are in the driver’s seat? Growing up in our challenging and changing world is very difficult. Today’s teens face many challenges including pressures from social media, stressors associated with family, school and friends. It’s hard not to get overwhelmed with worries about the future and being overextended with activities and responsibilities. My experiences over the last 20 years have given me many insights into how to provide support and care, the most important being the development of a trusting relationship. I understand that it can be difficult to talk to a stranger and even more difficult to talk to someone you don’t know about your problems. I will follow your lead and get to know you so that we can develop a plan together that fits your needs.
