I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Indiana who works with adolescents and adults with depression, thoughts of self harm and/or suicide, and who are healing from trauma. I believe everyone has a story, and sometimes we all need a safe space to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward. My goal is to work together toward healing, growth, and hope.
