Does it sometimes feel like you're having the same fight over and over again with your your loved ones or that your partner seems more like a roommate? Our close relationships can be a source of pain. It can feel like we will never connect or understand each other like we once did. Sometimes, these feelings come from deep betrayal or we've just simply grown apart. Finding each other again and building meaningful and deep partnerships, while difficult work, is possible and allows us to reclaim the most important and meaningful parts of our lives. I love working with couples and families to help on this journey of healing and growth.
