Accepting New Clients. Welcome to my practice! I specialize in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and stress, school related challenges, low self-esteem and parenting concerns. I utilize a strengths based approach focusing on building a trusting safe connection and collaboration with my clients allowing them to develop coping skills, self-compassion and a better understanding of themselves. I have been a therapist for over 30 years both in private practice and as a Counselor in the Lexington Public Schools for 23 years.
