Hi, I’m Lyss—an intuitive, experiential, and trauma-informed therapist-in-training. I hold space for the complexities of your life experiences, offering a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, explore what’s underneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself or the important people in your life. My approach is collaborative and experiential—drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and trauma-informed, attachment-based practices. For some clients, this also means integrating creativity and embodiment awareness into therapy.
