I have experience supporting individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as working with couples wanting to create healthy and happy relationships. I work often with individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual and religious trauma. I support clients in processing past experiences and moving forward. My approach to therapy is relational and trauma informed. That means that we will absolutely talk about the difficult things, but I will also use humor, empathy, and genuine human connection to make that experience feel safe. Everyone deserves to heal, and I am honored to be a part of that healing journey.
