Hi there, my name is Lytara Garcia and I am an LCSW in California via telehealth. I have experience in working with various age groups including children as young as 4 years to adults as young as 80 years old and older. I have various training in cognitive behavioral therapy (challenging negative thoughts, understanding your emotions and behaviors), Solution Focused Therapy (goal focus), harm reduction, and mindfulness working with adults 25+. I've worked with adults transitioning back into the civilian world after incarceration (so trauma and life-skills informed).
