I'm Eden, nice to meet you! I'm a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Florida. As a queer person and therapist, I understand the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe all folks have a right to an inclusive, collaborative, and transparent therapist. I provide talk therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy (SFT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and accelerated resolution therapy (ART). I have experience serving folks in community mental health and dual-diagnosis settings.
