I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, feel, and connect. My curiosity about human behavior—and how we cope, grow, and relate to one another—naturally led me to psychology. During my academic training, I immersed myself in clinical, cognitive, and developmental psychology, gaining a strong foundation in mental health and human behavior. Volunteering at a community mental health center deepened my commitment to becoming a psychologist, as I witnessed the profound impact of compassionate, accessible care.
