Most of the time, when you find yourself here looking for help, you’ve been needing support for some time. It could be something relatively new, like a big change or loss, or it could be things you’ve been carrying with you for a long time. It might feel difficult to nail down, but whatever it is, it’s leaving you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, even hopeless. In therapy, it’s my job to help you sort it all out and find your best way forward. We can get to work solving the problem at hand, or we can work towards you gaining a better understanding of yourself. You get to choose. Our work is about you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and substance use, with a national certification in treating PTSD and complex trauma. We will work together to help you reclaim your life, heal from emotional wounds, and gain the insight and self-understanding that will empower you to live the life you truly want!
