My work centers with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Immigrant, Refugee community members. Client specialty; Intergenerational Trauma, Grief & Loss, Domestic Violence, Family Violence, Foster Care-Adoption, Veterans, Life transitions, First-Generation Professionals, Therapy for the Therapist, Post-Partum, Last-Chance Couples Therapy. To co-elevate with community members intersectionality, resilience and journey toward healing. I integrate culturally responsive and cultural humility tools for healing through the use of: Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused and Advanced Motivational Interviewing, Substance use therapy (not an exhaustive list).
