I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a 1st-generation immigrant myself, I deeply understand the cultural, family, and career pressures experienced by Asian American adults and professionals. I specialize in therapy for individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area and across California. I received my master's and doctoral degrees from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and completed my internship at the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and my postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente, Santa Clara. In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and parts of your history that help me understand the patterns shaping your life. My goal is to get a full picture of your unique needs in a way that feels supportive and not overwhelming.
