I offer compassionate and empathetic support for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating the challenges of, but not limited to: complex trauma, anxiety, depression, gender/identity, LGBTQIA2S experiences, substance use, political stress and life stress. In addition to supporting individuals, I also work with folks in traditional and other non-traditional (ENM, Polyamory, etc.) relationship dynamics. I am certified in the World Professional Association for Transgender Health's Standards of Care 8.
