I am a Registered Psychological Associate, practicing under the supervision of Susan Ryan, PsyD (CA PSY34476). I am qualified to work with individuals aged 14 and above, and I offer individual, family, and couples services. I enjoy working with a range of experiences including recovering from trauma, relational difficulties, and navigating the myriad stressors life presents each day. Often, experiences of anxiety, depression, stress, and fear can pull people’s focus away from what they truly value about life.
