I provide evidence-based care for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) & other anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, etc.. My approach is skills-focused and emphasizes each client’s active participation in care within/between sessions. I aim to help you learn more adaptive ways to relate to your current difficulties and actively practice what you learn. I hope to support you to spend more time doing what you value most and less time on anxious distress/avoidance, getting back to living the life you want.
