As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in integral counseling, I approach healing in a holistic manner, taking into consideration the mind, body, and spirit of each of my clients. I have nearly two years of experience working one-on-one with trauma survivors, particularly Latinx women and folks affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse. I have worked with adult individuals, children, teens, and parent-child dyads, and have supported clients with issues such as grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I offer therapy in both Spanish and English.
