At times do you struggle with negative thoughts, over thinkng or trying to understand who you are and where you belong? The feeling of sadness and loss of hope. Sometimes feelings of not being accepted or appreciated. Have you ever felt as if no one is listening to you? I understand and can relate. My goal is to assist with reframing those thoughts and applying the necessary tools to help you identify and understand those feelings and how to apply effective coping skills. I specialize in trauma, emotional, sexual, and verbal abuse. I apply unique techniques to assist the patient to reduce symptoms of depression and improve in areas of their life where they feel stuck.
