I see therapy as the process in which an individual experiences the ability to reflect and, most importantly, reach true potential. Life can bring much joy but also pain, and my goal is to provide clients the space to feel safe, heard, seen, and validated. I utilize client-centered therapy to build an alliance with clients and solution-focused therapy to reach each client's goal. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I've worked over a decade with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, I've developed a toolbox that is enriched by a variety of experiences and strategies to support each individual's needs. I strongly believe in building a therapeutic relationship with the client early, to build trust and an alliance to support the individual's outcome
