What is it like to be you? My approach lies in creating a meaningful and authentic relationship with my client where there is security and openness to fully explore areas of difficulty, pain, joy, and growth. Together, we can address concerns surrounding anxiety and mood, coping strategies, identity and self-worth, disconnection, and transition/loss that may be impacting wellbeing. I aim to help others cultivate a greater understanding of and compassion for themselves, increase the ability to make choices and try new ways of being, and make changes that reflect core values and aspirations.
