I help people navigate the places in their life where they feel stuck. Whether it’s a job that doesn’t bring fulfillment, a dysfunctional relationship pattern that won’t stop repeating, the confusion that comes with navigating neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD, HSP), or just a deep sense that you aren’t quite living as authentically as you could be - Feeling stuck is a state of suffering that is as uncomfortable as it is draining. I work with clients who are motivated to move forward, but (for whatever reason) just can't. I work with people who want to exist in a way that's more fulfilling/richer/deeper, but don't know where to begin.
