Welcome! I’m Mackenzie. I work with women and young adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally tapped out, or stuck in a season that feels heavier than it should. A lot of the women I support are navigating college or early adulthood, dealing with relationship stress, or riding the emotional ups and downs of trying to conceive, fertility challenges, pregnancy, or postpartum life. When things don’t go the way you expected, it can mess with your confidence, your mood, and your sense of who you are.
