I specialize in helping individuals, from adolescence through adulthood, address cognitive distortions, trauma, communication, anxiety, depression, and family conflicts. With training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I'm equipped to help you process past traumas and foster healing. In addition to my individual therapy expertise, I also have experience in family therapy and crisis intervention. My approach is marked by authenticity, honesty, and a strong focus on building rapport with my clients. I thrive on engagement and often use humor to create a comfortable, therapeutic environment.
