Hi! I work with individuals who are seeking assistance in healing recent or past trauma, interpersonal violence/domestic violence, life transitions, and grief. I used evidence-based modalities that include EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), trauma informed psycho-education, and TF-CBT.
