The decision to seek counseling can often feel vulnerable, scary, and overwhelming. During our lifetime, we face many different seasons of life. We may experience seasons of excitement, joy, and acceptance, as well as seasons of pain, discouragement, and loss. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space where I can empower and support you during all seasons of life. I work with individuals ages 14+ facing a variety of different challenges. I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating as we navigate healing the relationship between food and your body. I also enjoy working with clients during life transitions, times of stress, and with relationship concerns.
