It’s easy to lose yourself in the shuffle, especially as a woman or a mom. We get used to tuning into everyone else’s needs and forget to check in with our own. But you matter too. Your well-being deserves space, attention, and support. I offer counseling in a warm, safe, and judgment-free space where you can untangle your thoughts and explore what you’re carrying. No need to have it all figured out. I bring specialized training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, along with EMDR to help process and heal from past experiences and trauma. I also use creative, expressive approaches for the moments when words aren’t enough. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, identity shifts, trauma, or something you can’t quite name - you are welcome here.
